We’ve been manufacturing the HWB1100 Hotwash machine for over 15 years right here in New Zealand, and it’s been a tested and proven success story across multiple industries.
The HWB1100 Hotwash features an 1100mm mechanically driven basket with 600mm working height and a 550kg load limit, so it can certainly handle a decent sized load.
Pumping 200 litres of water per minute, heated to 85 degrees Celsius and at 45psi ensures a thorough cleaning result. The clean design control box features heating and water level indicators, on/off and start functions, as well as a wash cycle timer adjustable from 1 to 30mins. Three x 3kW heating elements ensures the onboard tank water temperature is heated quickly for use, while the fully insulated tank maintains water temperature to minimise energy consumption.
