A programmable 7 x day timer allows for the heating elements to be turned on/off to suit business hours, while the adjustable electronic wash cycle timer allows the operator to optimize wash cycles to suit each application. The HW3 Turbowash / Hotwash also features a gas strut assisted lid that opens past the centre of the turntable to allow loading via gantry or overhead crane. A tamper proof, coded proximity switch is used as a safety interlock to ensure the lid cannot be opened while the pump is operational. Another industry leading feature of this Turbowash / Hotwash machine is its automatic water level control feature with mains connection that ensures its 250ltr onboard tank is always full and ready for work.
