The HW3 features an 1100mm gearbox driven turntable, eliminating the risk of over-speeding situations commonly seen with large water driven machines. A programmable 7 x day timer allows for the heating elements to be turned on\/off to suit business hours, while the adjustable electronic wash cycle timer allows the operator to optimize wash cycles to suit each application. The HW3 Turbowash \/ Hotwash also features a gas strut assisted lid that opens past the centre of the turntable to allow loading via gantry or overhead crane. A tamper proof, coded proximity switch is used as a safety interlock to ensure the lid cannot be opened while the pump is operational.
